How to get in touch

For assistance, send an email to support@hugocasino.best. Please use the email address connected with your account where possible, so the support team can identify your request and provide more relevant guidance. Do not include your password, full payment card number or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message.

To help us understand and review your request faster, include:

  • Your account email address or username
  • A short description of the issue or question
  • Relevant dates, transaction references or error messages, where available
  • Screenshots if they help show the problem, provided they do not expose passwords or complete payment details

Typical reasons to contact support include account and verification questions, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, technical problems and responsible gambling requests. You can also write if you are unsure which information or process applies to your situation.

What happens next

Requests are reviewed in the order received. The support team will usually reply within 24 hours, although response times can vary depending on the subject and any checks required. If your question relates to account security, identity verification, payments or responsible gambling, additional information may be requested before guidance can be provided.

Please avoid sending repeated messages about the same matter, as this may make it harder to keep the conversation together. If you have not received a response after a reasonable period, reply to your original email with any additional relevant details.
